Shipping Methods
Your order usually ships no later than the next business day after it is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the expected shipping date.

The default delivery method is Standard Ground. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment you choose and your location. Shipping costs vary depending on the total value of your order, shipping method selected, and your location. Our shipping methods include USPS and UPS.

When you check out, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. (Some destinations may offer only one shipping method.) Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you may upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight service).

If you upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 pm (Noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

The following are Shipping Methods for shipments within the contiguous 48 States:

Standard Ground - Most items can be shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 4 to 8 business days. We generally ship Standard Ground orders via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Expedited 3-Day-Expedited 3-Day shipments will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 12:00 pm (Noon) PST. You can expect to receive your 3-Day shipment within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. We cannot ship Expedited 3-Day to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2nd Day Air - 2nd Day Air shipments will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 12:00 pm (Noon) PST. You can expect to receive your 2nd Day Air shipment within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Next Day Air - Next Day Air is generally delivered the following business day, usually in the afternoon, if we receive your order by 12:00 pm (Noon) PST. Next Day Air is not available for Saturday delivery except under special circumstances.  Overnight deliveries can not be made via USPS. We cannot ship Next Day Air to APO/FPO addresses. Also, Next Day Air delivery may not be available to certain remote locations.

APO/FPO Addresses - We ship to APO/FPOs only by USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping is the only available service at this time.

Alaska and Hawaii - Expedited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer Expedited 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air to Alaska or Hawaii.

Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam also ships to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping for Customized Products
Customized Products cannot be expedited. The shipping time will vary depending on the product selected and the customization time needed. The product detail page will better identify the expected delivery time for the customized product you have chosen.

Oversized Items
Some heavy or oddly shaped items may be shipped seperately via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days.

Because these items are shipped via freight service, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside.

 

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Tracking your Order
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages at the end of the ship day and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders placed on ScrubProfashional.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, Your Order History on ScrubProfashional.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details.

In order to view your order status, locate your order confirmation email that was sent to you after your order was placed.

Find Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find.
  • Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please call our Customer Service Center.
How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by ScrubProfashional.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

Undeliverable Packages
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
  • Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
  • Address Format: If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carrier, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
  • Other Address Problems: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way

Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California.

 
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates; however, items paid for with Gift Certificates will be taxed if shipped to addresses within California.
Discounts and Gift Certificate Codes
Steps for redeeming a Promotion or Discount Code or Gift Certificate:
  • On the Payment page in Checkout, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Gift Certificates and Discount Codes."
  • Codes are NOT case sensitive.
  • Continue with the Checkout Process. Adjustments will apply when you review your order.
If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.
Online Gift Certificates
ScrubProfashional.com Online Gift Certificates can be ordered in $10, $25, $35, $50, $100, and $250 increments. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of an Online Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate Code redeemable only at ScrubProfashional.com. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail. Please note that the gift certificates are only valid on ScrubProfashional.com.

Buying Online Gift Certificates
To make your purchase, simply:

  • Go to our Gift Certificates page.
  • Click "Order Online Gift Certificates."
  • Fill out the order form and make your purchase.
 
After you purchase an Online Gift Certificate:
  • We'll send the recipient an e-mail with all of the information they need to use the Gift Certificate at ScrubProfashional.com. Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after recipient receives the e-mail.
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
 
Redeeming an Online Gift Certificate
Redeeming an Online Gift Certificate is easy. Follow these simple steps:
  • Shop ScrubProfashional.com and select items you wish to purchase.
  • When you're ready to checkout, click "Add to Cart."
  • Proceed through the checkout.
  • Enter your Gift Certificate Code (codes are not case sensitive) on the Payment page where you are asked for a coupon or gift certificate. Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after you receive them.
  • Multiple gift certificates are accepted, and they should be separated by commas.
  • When entering gift certificate codes, make sure to include the first letter '@
Rules and Regulations for Online Gift Certificates
  • Online Gift Certificates must be redeemed through ScrubProfashional.com only. Please note that the gift certificates are only valid on ScrubProfashional.com.
  • Codes are activated 24 hours after you receive them.
  • If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
  • If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored with your ScrubProfashional.com Gift Certificate account number for your next purchase.
  • Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates.

  • No sales tax is charged when buying Online Gift Certificates; however, purchases paid for with Online Gift Certificates will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to addresses in California.
Emails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
  • Order Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
  • Back Order Status: This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is charged when the item is shipped. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
  • Shipment Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
  • Important notice about your order: There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of order. Should you receive a notice like this, please call a Customer Service specialist at 800-669-5514 immediately so the problem can be addressed.
Order Status
Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your ScrubProfashional.com orders. Please note: Immediately after you place an order, order information may not appear on ScrubProfashional.com in your order history for up to 1 business day.

When you click on Order Tracking, you will be prompted to enter your UPS Tracking Number or your Order ID number. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 business hours.

International Customers  
 
Shipping Methods/Rates - Canada
Standard shipping to Canada is via USPS Global Priority Mail. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.

Please note that international orders may be delayed for credit card verification. In order to ensure a smooth order process make sure that your billing and shipping information including name and phone numbers are correct.
 

Shipping Methods/Rates - International
We ship internationally using either USPS Global Priority Mail (7 to 14 days) if available, or Air Parcel Post. We ship to most international locations; however, if you do not see the destination country in the shipping drop-down menu when you are placing your order, we do not ship to that country. Shipment dates are estimates only. Oversize/overweight items cannot be shipped internationally.

Please note that international orders may be delayed for credit card verification. In order to ensure a smooth order process make sure that your billing and shipping information, including name and phone numbers are correct.

Customs Charges
We are required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. LakersStore.com is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
 
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail detailing the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact a Customer Service Specialist by e-mail for a recommendation.

Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  Difficulty in processing your payment information
   •
  Cannot ship to address provided.
   •
  Duplicate order was placed.
   •
  Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
